HOW TO BUY?

3. In the checkout you will see the details of the selected products and their prices. To specify your order you must click on "Start Payment".

4. Enter your mail and touch the "Continue" button.

5. Complete your personal information, shipping address, select the payment method and shipping method and click "Buy Now" to confirm the order.

6. You must complete the data corresponding to your card. Once the data is completed, you must click "Confirm Payment" to finalize your order.

7. If your order was confirmed, you will see a successful purchase message.

8. As soon as the order is processed and the payment is approved, you will receive a confirmation email.

9. Once the product is dispatched, you will receive another mail. It will indicate your guide number to track the order online.

10. Payment methods: The payment method is only with a credit card, so we recommend that you have the credit card at hand when you start the payment process. with which you will make the payment.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM ?

Please EXCHANGE your item(s) to us following the methods below:

IMPORTANT: "YOU HAVE 10 DAYS TO EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER SINCE THE DELIVERY OF THE PURCHASE".

1. Re-pack the item in its original packaging ( TOTE BAG ) with a secure package with labels and tags still attached.

2. Cover your address label with the "EXCHANGE" sign on the bottom right of your delivery note.
Write in capital letters "EXCHANGE".

3. Email us to shop@bronca.com THE PICTURE of the poncho you are EXCHANGING and two words (or more) about the REASONS that will help us to improve the products OR SOLVE THE PROBLEM ON YOUR PONCHO.

4. You can SEND BACK the package by using the currier of your convenience in USA you can choose public post USPS.
Please keep your proof of recipe and number of currier to track your order.
OUTSIDE USA choose a convenient courier and pass out tracking number shop@bronca.com.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM ?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process RETURNS, ONLY EXCHANGES.

You can return FOR EXCHANGE your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice.
WE WILL HONOR YOUR CASH on your purchase WITH A CODE THAT WILL REFLECT YOUR AMOUNT.
